Hi, Did anyone get a call from the HR team and said to apply for leaves. Today I got a call from them and they said that as you are on the bench ( from 1 month) so we are doing this cost cutting to every bench/shadow employee. So, they told me to apply for 5 days for this month on the spot on My Replicon.
Seriously!! Don't follow bro Ask them to send an official mail saying the same And please take the matter in legal terms
