Trending @Capgemini; HPI genAi we hired for upcoming project but still not comes what will happened

They hired 18 members on 20 aug then give 1.5 months training and the project expect date to come on mid oct. Unfortunately till not comes they said still wait what will happened. Suggest me also tagged initiated like begging 15- 15 days because RMG ping again us. SUGGEST project comes if any situation happened before tell me ?
