Trending @Capgemini; How to switch to other company with no project experience for 3 year experienced employee
I joined capgemini in 2021 and i was on bench for 2 years. After that i accepted support project because of PIP fear so now since 7-8 months i am in support project in SAP domain and now i want to switch company and technology as well in (Frontend development). But i have no Frontend development experience in Capgemini how can i manage in interviews. And if we have to add fake Client project from where we can get it or is there another way to switch?
