Trending @Capgemini; How to switch company

Can someone suggest how can I switch a company, which should be a good option,I am fresher with 1.5years of experience (1 year on bench and 6 months in project) SAP APO , should I keep trying in SAP or what should I do , need serious suggestion and help.

I need to increase my salary to 9-10lpa,so that I can take care of family now I am earning 5lpa .

Please help and suggest.
