Trending @Capgemini; How to scream without making noise...

People need your help...

I think I'm stressing out, but I don't know the reason.

No, I don’t want to think about that reason. I would really like to scream my guts out right now, but I’m surrounded by people I know, and I don’t want to burden them with it. So, I’m bottling it up, and I think it’s showing in my behavior, which I don’t want right now. With the new year coming up, I fear I might do something stupid.

So, for starters, please suggest some tips to handle the situation if possible...🙂

Try to write your feelings on piece of paper , express in words as much as you can that might will help your mind in determining whether things you are stressing about is worth it or not. Clear mind may also give some solutions for your problems

I started writing from New Year, and it has really helped. There are many things that don't matter when I reread them after a week—most things, to be honest. Right now, I am focusing more on what I can control and letting go of things that aren't relevant.

First of all, relax yourself. try some deep breathing. Now coming to the point. there are situations in our life where some aspects are under our control and most of it is not in our control. Try to focus on the things over which you have control. Dont stress out because of the things that are not in your control.
Try to chant the Lord's name for some time during the day. Any name that you love.

That is one of the point I am concerned about. The situation where I have control, with decisions to be made feels like a huge responsibility. I think about various scenarios, and if I mess up, I realize that the consequences might be flawed for the rest of my life.
Also will take your advice on the chanting, hoping it will help.

I am not sure what I am stressed about, it feels like it's either nothing or multiple things at once.

your emotions do not have to lead to actions you might regret. The new year can be a fresh start, but it's okay to take things one moment at a time and be kind to yourself.
