I've done everything I can do in SF. But this dumb org doesn't even have direct access to HR. How to reach an actual human HR and not tickets and processes.

Raise a ticket in ask hr asking for your bu hr contact information

Talk to your n+1 or if not then n+2 directly Or directly talk to BU Program Manager. they will give you BU HR contact
