Trending @Capgemini; How to go on Bench??
I’m tagged in a project with no learning in the work and to be honest not a lot of work. Have been feeling very unproductive and like my time is being wasted here. They don’t have much work in technology that I’m tagged in so now they are providing me tasks for a totally mew and different technology.
IS THERE ANY WAY I COULD JUST GO ON BENCH FROM THIS PROJECT??
I want to learn Python and Data Analysis and internally no opportunities for that are being offered because of my experience in a different technology. I want to switch but NP is a road block. So the only way I see is to go on bench.
Please advice how can i get off rolled from the project without going into another one.

You can apply for ijp while in project for Python roles
Their is two to move out from this situation.
- Wait for detagging
- Change your attitude and feel them yoh are not interested . They will release you in sometime but you need to execute it very smartly.
