Trending @Capgemini; How to get relocation??

I am working at mumbai location for almost 8 months now. I want to get relocation at pune location. How should I get it done??? Seniors say you can get it but in reality manager give reason like depends on program manager and we don’t know, lets see later on. What should I do??? Please help.

It depends on your project based location. And the reason for relocation.

I don't know what is the project base location but my base location is mumbai.

Check with your manager. Based on your BU allocated locations, you can get relocation initiated.

Ask your people manger , he/she can only do it
Also state some valid reason

I think it depends on the project. If you have colleagues in different locations, you should get it easily. However, if all your team members are in Mumbai only, manager will throw tantrums saying team collaboration, bonding etc.
