Hi there, I am in a project as a shadow resource but doing work as a billable resource. Now I have decided to get released from the existing project and try in other projects. So can you help me, how I can get released from the project.

If you have served 18 months in that project then you can talk with your manager expressing the problems you are facing and ask them to release you and once that is done I think then you can apply for internal switch within CG.
