20moTrending @Capgemini; How to get release from project?
I have been working on one project for 2 years but now I don't want to continue in the same because we don’t have much development part here, so I need to switch the project but as I m the only resource assisiting my lead I m not sure I will get release easily...Whom to connect and what should I do now???....Please suggest..

They will ask you to wait until they find a replacement and then release you, usually it isn't easy and will take forever to happen
