You must be confused between rating and grade i think. Rating is what you get in performance appraisal after year end review and grade is you can say a level given to you when are joined. It could be A B till F grade depends on superiority

Since you joined cg, then you might not have performance rating but you can check your grade level in self service portal or ESS portal i think
