My team member and project supervised are doing excellent politics in my team. Both are in cg for more than 10 years. Even though they code worst than me, they are trying to manipulate pmo and manager and everyone. I hate the environment. Will hr escalation work in cg?
If you get any reply from HR then that itself would be a miracle

Or maybe you are only dumb enough not to make enough connections with everyone and thinking they might be doing politics when they progressing well with connections 🤔?

You can't. It's bitter truth. Wherever you go, some form of politics will be there. Even if there is no politics involved, if things always do not go in our favor, we will feel like there is politics involved. (Not always, but it happens mostly)
Work hard. Stay happy, take as little stress as possible. Enjoy life.
