23moTrending @Capgemini; How to claim OAAR?
Came across this 'OAAR Allocation' tab in HGS where in some monthly amount is allocated for OAAR (Remote working Allowance). So just whether we can claim this amount if submit the necessary documents or do we already get this amount in our monthly pay?
P.S. I currently do not belong in the tax bracket

Claiming OAAR? It's not rocket science, just submit your documents. HR department sleeping or what? "Tax bracket" se dar lag raha hai? What's your understanding of tax brackets?

I don't have much understanding abt it actually. My understanding is that only the people who belongs to the tax pay bracket that is who's salary is greater than 5LPA (or 7LPA) are eligible to claim OAAR. Is that true?
