Trending @Capgemini; How to Change Project
I joined capgemini on 27 jan, project alloted on 12 jan.
But the project doesn't utilize my full potential not even using my skill.
I want to get out of the project, please help how to do that or dropping papers is the only option?
Same is the case with me. Since the day I joined in my current project, I feel my skills are not getting utilised and there is no learning at all. I have asked for a release, first they said I need to spend at least 18 months in the account but I denied saying aspiration mismatch. now they are saying they can release me only when my backfill is in place. This is getting worse day by day.
Same,I asked for release and got denied, now i will stay for 1 month and drop papers, negotiate for other project or I will move on.sont want to waste my time in such projects.
Ask the project to release you asap
