Hello, Currently Iam in Web&UI practice in DCX BU. And I want to change it into UI/UX designer. As for my career growth I want to become Product Designer. So anyone knows the procedure of how to change our Practice whom should I contact whom should I connect with, please let me know.

Buddy, its tough. Noone wants to leave a FTE from practice. There should be a mutual agreement between two practice leads to make this change. You might need to appear for an interview as well for new practice after showing the progress which you have make towards new skill.

I am ready to convince them in the interview still it won't work ? Or any other method I can do ?
