Trending @Capgemini; How much time we have to maintain in office hours currently my timing is 2 to 6 Hours showing and in sapience 7 hours showing

2 is sufficient

As per i heard u need to maintain a minimum 6 hours in the office .12 days Sapience is working hours.

Im going less than 2hrs while billable, no mail came as of now.

<2 hours --- Issue.
2-6 hours --- All fine as of now. Going forward, could be an issue.

6 --- All Good

If sapience is not installed then how to check it?

Less than 2 hours - you get a mail. No idea what happens after that. We had a call with HR in our account if there's any policy on 6 hours thing. She said she has no information on that but also said it is advisable to maintain 6 hours as it might come up in year end review (we asked for policy not advice!).

Most of us in our account maintain the 2-6 hrs band - some days it's 3 hours other days it's 6 hours. Travelling that far to office just to stay for an hour doesn't make sense to us. But it's your call.

So 2 hours is a must!
