Trending @Capgemini; How much time required to get promotion from c1 to c2 ?

C2 is very bad.. if u are in project then fine.. if on bench then u will get 1 -2 month only.. these designation is for namesake alone, increment is 70-80k only. Till C1 its all safe

I have also completed 5 years in C1 grade, not received any promotion in CG

Only god knows and the CG management knows. I have been in C1 since 5 years . Haven’t got promoted even after getting 1 rating twice in a row.

There is no fixed duration, it completely depends on your BU and service line On what factors/KPIs/budgets they operate on. I have seen people getting promoted to c2 within as little as 1 year.

As long as you can show impact and push it yourself, it won't happen. I have seen skilled most deserving people not be able to articulate the impact they have created. You need to show your impact not just to the account team but also to your service line/BU you belong to.
