If you are on NP and your lwd is already nearby then they'll release the offer letter a little late. So that you cannot counter them or you don't counter using their offer with someone else. This is how it happened to me a year back. Also if you feel you are getting better pay and opportunities apart from CG better go with that. Always look for companies with good pay and work culture
