I have not received hike and promotion in last 18-24 months and I have exactly completed 2 years of tenure in CG. So would CG give hike or promotion in this case ?

There is no standerd. I have seen ppl did not get any promotion form last 3 yrs and also seen some one promoted three time in same tenure.
