Trending @Capgemini; How much is the possibility to survive in BOTP if I am in a project. Need advice.

December 2024 I was allocated in a project. Everything is ok here. Now in January I was put into BOTP. Reason - last year I worked on a project for 6 months. Due to health issues I could not perform as per their expectations but delivered as much as possible but could not work their long working hour ( that is not occasionally but regularly ) before I worked for 2.7 months in another project ( that was my first project here) from where I got a promotion (2023)also.I joined 2021 in Capgemini.

Now my team leads after knowing all this saying just concentrate on work . You are doing good.Nothing bad will happen. People managers also assigned a small duration course to complete from udemy on my domain as I am in project, and project work,no leaves during this time. They will observe.

In this situation I am very confused, depressed.is there any possibility to survive BOTP? For some financial reason I wanted to stay here at least for another one year but it is all sudden.is there any hope. Or time ends here.
