Trending @Capgemini; How much hike can I expect for a 2.5 YoE, if I switch to a different org?
I had joined Capgemini as a fresher with 3.8LPA salary in 2021 and it's been almost 2½ years now since working here. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to a project as soon as my training was over and have been working in the same project since. I have a very good team and a very supportive Supervisor. I'm currently working as a Senior Analyst (A5) and mostly deals with development (Java, SQL) and providing technical support to the stakeholders.
I had great performance in my first year at the project. Had even received multiple awards for my efforts. My supervisor appreciated my efforts. But at the time of increment I had received very average ratings. I was very disappointed. The same thing happened this year as well, I had great performance but for some reason it didn't reflect in my ratings. I'm very disappointed now. I know they consider me as an important member of the team but for some reason I don't feel being valued.
Now it's been more than 2 years and my package is still 4.25LPA. I have teammates who don't put even half the effort that I put but end up getting much better ratings than me. I don't feel I'm being valued at the project anymore nor do I see any growth in it. So I'm thinking of resigning next month.
So I just wanted to know how much hike can I expect if I make a switch considering my current package is 4.25LPA with 2.5YoE?

Congratulations you have reached 4.5 in just 2 and half year, I even being leading team and 4 years I am getting same bro

If you are confident Immediately resign this company Otherwise prepare for interviews and take some time then resign

First prepare for interviews, apply for jobs and attend interviews. Get hold of some offers. As a standard practice ask for min 60% hike as this is your first switch. You can always play with your offers later.... All the best ..

My story exactly matches with you I am also confused what to do

At least 80-90% hike depending upon the company.

This happens with the hardworking people, as the market is not so good now, you can change project internally and try for better opportunities.
