Trending @Capgemini; How many leaves can we carry forward to next year? Currently I have 20 leaves left!

I joined Capgemini in June-2024 and now total 20 leaves left , how many leaves I can carry forward to next year. Is it 15 leaves of this year and 5 leaves of last year,so can I carry 20 leaves to next year?

30 leave will carry forward, if you less than 30 then all the leaves will carry forward or if you have more than 30 leave , them remaining leave will collapse, For example if you have 35 leaves in the last year, then only 30 leave will carry forward and 5 leaves will collapse
