As per the current BTO policy, the minimum required hours in the office should be greater than or equal to 6 hours and less than 9 hours. While it might not have an immediate impact, it could be taken into consideration during one-on-one discussions or appraisals, so it's something to keep in mind.
This is not mentioned in BTO policy. Each account have their own perspective, and HR can consider anything, but as far as policy is concerned, it ia not mentioned anywhere.

Furthermore, as per leadership discussions, it has been clearly conveyed that non-compliance with these guidelines may impact employees during the appraisal process. Hence, it is advised to adhere to the stated expectations to avoid any negative implications.
There is no official announcement about minimum hours in the office. If they're not HRs, I suggest ignoring anyone who says do a minimum of 6 hours

I can switch and get 70%hike easily
I cannot be in office for 6 hrs for just 4-5 % hike
