Trending @Capgemini; How many days can we stay on the bench without getting into a project?

I would suggest get within 3-4 months. I have seen a scenario where a Girl B2 consultant been sent non confirmation of service after 3-4 interview fails. She joined in Aug last and was send the letter feb 25. She was given 1 month to prepare and join next company. 1 month notice period for her.

I know people who were in Bench for 2yrs and all.. now it may be 3-4 months Max.. if you are in Bench and no project upcoming, try to switch...
