Trending @Capgemini; How Long Can We Stay on Bench in FS QET?

I work in the FS BU under the QET practice. I have been with Capgemini for the past 2.4 years. During my first year, I worked on an internal tool (development project). Later, I was assigned to a client project, but for the last 1.3 years, I have been a shadow resource. Starting today, I am officially on the bench.

Could you please tell me what the bench aging policy is — specifically, how many days I can be on the bench before it may affect my job security or risk of layoff?
