Trending @Capgemini; How is your project management in CG supportive or toxic?

For me its not toxic but yes when come to raise or hike not matter how effort you put all those year doesn’t matter to them they just tell you budget issues and all eventually new or later joiner will get more salaries.

When it comes to project, they're supportive and least most decisions to us. But they don't usually act on anything, they try to be diplomatic. Outside the project (CG management + HR), they're just stupid

In my case atleast it's been very supportive, the project lead supports the team members and regularly has 1-to-1 connect with us to discuss Abt any issues

Tbh toxic, they think of themselves first and then about employees mental peace
