Trending @Capgemini; How is PIP mail?

Hi, want to know that how is PIP mail, I got a BOTP mail and tasks are assigned to me, tasks are to be completed by 03/March but I am on bench and no work. Is is a PIP mail and waht will happen if I dont get any project this week?? And what is notice period in PIP, are we allowed to resign if accept PIP?
