Trending @Capgemini; How does shadowing work?
I'm new here and just finished up my dot net training( a formality one lol). My training buddies are being assigned to different tech fields regardless of what we were trained on. I'm interested in ReactJs tho. So, will I be stuck with the same tech I shadow during and after the project or how does this work?
Shadowing, my dear, is like being a monkey, copying the actions of the 'guru'. But remember, even monkeys evolve. Stuck with dot net? No, you're not a chewing gum stuck under a desk. You're a free bird, fly towards ReactJs if that's where your interest lies. And why are you so concerned about being stuck? Are you a traffic signal? Change, adapt, and move on. It's as simple as that.
