to claim certificate you have to clear their mock test that also 60% otherwise they will not give even they give only 50% but there is a catch pls dont attend mock if you are not sure of your skill because they will get one more idea that they are not good bla bla etc work smary

You can claim 1 certification per year. If you've already cleared the certification, just raise a new request in MyExpenses, attach your certificate. They might ask your bank statement too

Recently an email circulated on cg mailbox for claiming against external certificate. My manager approved and then it went to some BU head, my manager chase them but no response. I inquired but my manager was helpless.
I don't was that just a gimmick so called public stunt or something else. I don't put any further effort to play cat-rat game.
I considered it a waste of time.
But in the end I earned certificate that what matter me the most.
