Trending @Capgemini; How can I change my BU
I am currently working as System admin in my project and I want to switch to some development project. I have done internships in Python development and ML for well known MNCs. During my recruitment Capgemini hired me based inmy coding skills and then forced me into this project and I can't change my project for 18 months, as per company guidelines. However, 1 year is over and now I really want to leave this project, can anyone suggest me on this.
As per my current experience, I could say that the 18 months in a project policy is nothing but a fugazi. I haven’t yet completed 1 year in my current project still I am moving to one of the crucial projects in CG with a role which has great visibility.
This is possible when they feel that you'll be more useful in the other project, or your manager would be very supportive of you.
