Trending @Capgemini; Holding H1B Visa but no opportunity

I has been a year holding stamped H1B and not able to look for onshore roles when i try to reach the Appropriate manager they say there is current role.

An idea where to search for proper response and i am currently with Non us client and kind of struck here without getting release.

I got an offer and planing to resign with better offer.

Any idea, should i stay for opportunity or should leave?
