Trending @Capgemini; Hikes or promotions are just a joke for Male employees in CG
I have been working so hard in 2-3 projects at same time, i know some of my male colleagues also who are working so hard and the funny part is that none of us got any promotion or hikes and some female employees are getting promotion and hikes, some of these girls didn’t even know basics of IT and they don’t even want to work also, but they are good looking and charming so they will get promoted by their managers. This thing is not at all fair and we will not be able to do anything to tackle this my boys. Only option is to gain some technical knowledge, get some certifications, look for a good job and leave CG.
I've been working on a project for the past two years, developing the framework and more than 3,000 test cases.
Despite this, I received a 0% raise and only 70% of my variable pay. When I asked my manager about it, mentioning my hard work and crucial role in the project, he said the company is facing revenue issues and noted that I haven't been coming to the office.
I brought this up with the client, who said, "Sorry to hear this, but I cannot interfere in your company's matters."
I'm guessing our raises won't be great this year either.
Even our manager was saying the same thing, but I’m also seeing some of the female employees getting raises at the same time, if they don’t have any money how these people are getting promoted 🙃. I don’t understand these type of nature from the management.
So u don't go to office, to complete 12 days??
Well I have seen worse. In our team some years back someone else got promotion assuming of someone else only because they got confused in their names. I don't know if there is any criteria to this promotion or not.

I am working more than 8 projects and no promotion and less hike. Yikes!
I am myself a female, i see so much bias behaviour.. women in CG are treated extraordinarily
