Hello All, Any news about the hikes for lateral employees this year? I joined in Oct 2022, will I be eligible for the hike cycle if any?

Hi Bruh I was joined in September 2022 only I was Trained in Azure I worked for 8 month I think your appraisal is in JFM month . We will be getting only 3 star only ..how good you did in you project only 1.5k will be increase in you currently salary only . Don’t expect much increment switch is the only option
