Hope all of you are doing great.. By when can we expect the hike letters? Any idea how much % will be given when you get exceeding??

I hear this rumours that our hike will be based on our project is it true?
Hike mails generally gets in within March 20-30 in our Org. However, it is the worst thing in this organisation. Taking average of an employee carrying an A4 designation, he or she will get promoted by default after 1.8 years from the date of joining the organisation. You will be rated on a scale of 1-5 where 1 being the highest and if you get 5, you will be loosing your job. Now by default means you will be rated somewhere between 2-3. If you are getting 2 rating, you will have approximately Rs. 24000/- hike per year added to your package and getting 3 means a hike of 15000/- per year. And getting 4 means no promotion. This is just a random calculation based on what I have seen here. Your condition can be way ahead of the curve. All the best..!
sal 6-12 lakh = 60 to 100 k 12+ = 50-80 20+ = no hike ( this is the scenario for last two years and i am still here 😞😞)
