It's 4 years now in CG and hike and promotion for us is purely luck. My manager didn't even know our names for so long since we were working for another project plus our managers get changed frequently. Some of us who joined together have difference of more than 10k monthly salary.

Being in DevOps field and compare to the market, yes agreed, Same here . plus got no hike this year & no promotions.
