Trending @Capgemini; Hike percentage of fresher

As a fresher your getting in hand 38 it's really good....I completed 2 yrs but I'm not getting that much amount....for rating 3 normally it should increase 2k per month but we are not getting in hand that 2k.....for 2 rating 4k and for 1 rating 6k

What are you seriouss..it's been 7 months since I joined in the same A4 grade. Yet I get 26k
