Can anyone tell me what's the criteria for getting the hike (increment) letter and where can we see or download the hike letter once it is available?

if anyone not following any of the below compliance will not receive letter

  1. 3 rating in past 3 years
  2. Not completed mandatory training
  3. Not completing 12 work from the office.
  4. Joined in 2023
