Trending @Capgemini; Hike got deducted from Salary

Hi,

My hike amount got deducted with arrears from my salary.

They deducted the hike amount from May month salary which i received earlier as appraisal in April month.

In short, May month payslip is showing me previous year salary. Basically with no hikes. Same salary structure as previous year. Hike amount received in april they deducted now in May month.

Received no email or update regarding this deduction.

I have got succeeding rating and also got email confirmation regarding the revised compensation earlier in April month.

Feeling sad and frustrated for this.

Did anyone faced similar experience ?
