Hi all, I joined Capgemini in June 23 , All the formalities are done for appraisal cycle, but I am in a doubt if I will get any hike on pro rata basis, Can someone help me with this?

2022 Joiners were not given any pay rise , but for previous years it is paid prorata , as per HR information it depends upon BU performance for this year
