How much Hike can I expect with Exceeding Rating in YER? Can I expect variable pay also with this Rating as a B1 Grade employee?

Variable Pay - NO
Hike expectations- No one knows here who gets how much
So until you get the hike letter you can’t be even be sure that you will get hike
If your salary is very less you may get around 10-12% but it it’s average salary don’t expect more that 7%

with 4 yrs of exp, I don't even have 4.5lpa in CapG. For the switch also, I should have an average package, so that I can be able to ask for a good package somewhere else.

I heard from some managers that, low salaried people will get good hike to match with others... But not sure.. we will know only once we get the letter.
