Hello peeps, I joined Capgemini on Feb 2024 as a fresher , Currently im in Caterpillar Project as a Manual Tester. So when do I will get hike(1 year of joining or 18 months) and how much will be the hike given by the Organisation

After 18 months default promotion For 1 rating = 4.7 For 2 rating = 4.5 For 3 rating = 4.35

Depends on many things.. Project Budget, Ratings, KPIs etc.
