I received an Exceeding rating this year, and I will be on the bench starting from the first week of March.
Hike eligibility: Will I remain eligible for a salary hike while I am on the bench?
Office attendance while on bench: If I am on the bench and do not attend the office three days a week, what will be the implications?

Yes while u will be eligible for hike, attending 3 days a week is must even if u are on bench or project...
Also if u don't go for entire month, u will be forced to apply leaves for entire month

During bench can I apply 3 days leave and 2 days wfh as I'll be traveling to hometown ?

If u are from FS but then u have to attend ofc 3 or 5 days .They will tell you to apply leaves or loss of pay ,also they can put u in pip
