Trending @Capgemini; Hi. There is around 3.6 years of gap between my passing years and first job. Currently I am working as Mechanical Design Engineer with around 2.6 years of experience. Can you guys give me any career advice, as I am not able to get calls.

Build some USP for yourself else increase your your YOE then try to move out(you will get mech engineer relevant role calls ). Don't think IT for now, as market is not good right now, even for it engineers.

Better stay in the design field or else you need to start from zero in the IT field.
