Hi All I recently joined in Capgemini and after joining I got project calls and selected for project. But here tech stack is different and kind of support work. Basically i am from development area how can I get release from project. Kindly share any tips.

If you have tagged to project we have locking period for 1.8 yrs, you cannot get released if you don’t have any medical grounds.. complicated to get released. If no option, you have to search for new opportunities outside cg
