If a company does a thorough BGV review these would be picked up. So better is to come to a settlement with them. Else, these might be an issue when you get any good opportunities and at that moment you will be helpless.
How to do settlement.. whom to contact
If it's a big company there will be an Exit team. Else HR or your manager. You can start with them and see how you can get a reliving letter from them.
Having a short stint in a company is not a problem for hiring given you have a valid reason but Absconding is not taken lightly by many companies. Talk with folks from the company and try to get a reliving letter.
There is a delink option in service history. You can unlink your past employers history from there but not sure whether you can delink the current employer. If they have mentioned exit date in pf account then you should be able to delink them. If you are able to do that then you just don’t mention this employment details in your resume and then you should be good i believe.

They started the work from day one and started working with my personal laptop… That work is not relevant to my experience it’s like 10 th class person also do that. I don’t like that work. So informed manager and left.. but they created salary and pf for that entire month and in pf they mentioned next month middle as date of exit
This will not cause problem don't show the experience of that company in your resume. BGV will be done for companies and details mentioned in your resume only with criminal and legal background checks. Ive seems many of this cases. If they ask service history just omit the that company. As far as I remember only company that will be problematic will be TCS.
Try to get relieving letter from that org by paying some amount if possible (I'm not sure though)
