This was the situation with me last year where I was told that I would not be receiving any appraisal due to less work from office days. I initiated my resignation and within 2 weeks they agreed to give me appraisal if I withdraw my resignation. I agreed with them, withdrew my resignation request and got the appraisal. However once i recieved the appraisal letter, i immediately resigned again😂😂
