Trending @Capgemini; Hi, I'm a consultant joined on dec 2021. Worked for BNPP for 2 yrs 10 months and recently on oct month exited the project.

From then on I'm on the bench and received a couple of project calls for evaluation of skill. The person from the project called me on teams spontaneously without scheduling. And then he gave feedback as Average and below average.can I raise a dispute request to reevaluate me for the same ? If there is an option, what is the procedure? Can anyone help me ?
