I joined as an A4 so I got default promotion the next year after that you need to earn the promotion through rating. Not sure if your A5 to B1 is default or not. Also they are saying lot of budget constraints this year so I would say don't expect much this year.

This year as default promotion you can expect but the company is facing lot of budget constraints and lot of people are on bech due to less projects so that might affect the chances of promotion. You can expect it if you are in billable project.
