Hi I am C1 and on the bench since mid of march, I received an email from bench management that got into the project within 15 days from today
In between I was allocated to one project but the project was put to hold and my onboarding was itself put to hold.
This was not expected from CG 😞
At least for 3 months you won't be having issues, after that they start sending mails and warnings but I heard people were on the bench for months and years and then resigned because they got a better offer outside, so relax and find the project.
What is botp
Back on track program usually it happens for people who stays more months like 7 or 8 months or above for freshers on the bench but in your case they may give some more time to get new project & the people who gets negative feedback from project/rmg team also they put into botp most case as of my knowledge
Capgemini won't fire bench people like other companies. So relax and try to find projects. I know many engineers are on the bench for 6+ months without having any issues.
