your performance review rating will not lead to an increment in 2025. 😎 Since u joined mid-2024 and are still on probation, increments usually happen after completing the probation period.

How long it will take to complete probation period? I joined in AUG and after 3 months I got project currently working in it. When can I expect my probation completion?
